The Leadership Transition programme is designed for mid-career professionals with strong management experience who are ready to take the next step into a leadership role. The programme will broaden participants’ scope of vision to prepare them to transition from functional or operational roles into roles that are more strategic. This group of accomplished women, and men shares a wealth of functional, industry and international experience with up to 20 nationalities in class. Acceptance to the programme implies a full commitment to be present and engaged throughout both modules.
